Amazing food. Great service. Beer next door is cheap. Let's go. We were driving around the city with a guy named Jeff. He might have spelled it Geoph. Regardless, he made us get out of his car. We ended up at SaMo pizza. Is it a restaurant? No. It's more than that. It's an experience. An experience that ultimately results in delicious pizza. Sometimes, when I'm alone, I think about the human condition, and how it would better with more delicious pizza. And then I wake up stuck to my bed. But I'm still craving pizza. In and around my mouth parts. That's where SaMo pizza comes in. Not my mouth, but in regards to making pizza. The pizza is good.

Well silly me thought I ordered for 2:30 pm on Friday but I accidentally put down 2:30 a.m.!!! And although I Live in a Senior Facility they were efficient and delivered it!! My wonderful nurses went downstairs and were able to get my pizza and bring it up to my room. I was sound asleep but I took one look at the delicious pizza that was a very thin crust as I requested and we decided we needed to have a 2 a.m. pizza party! I must say it is the most delicious White Pizza with mushrooms, olives red onions and black olives I have ever eaten!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an outstanding pizza. What a funny, surprising and delicious experience we shared tonight!!! Bravo!
I've come here a few times and SaMo Pizza has become my go-to pizza spot on the west side. In my most recent experience, I dined in with a handful of friends one evening around 7:30/8 pm. We were able to arrange one of the tables outside with chairs to seat all of us and ordered two pies to split among us all. I don't think we waited longer than 20 minutes after ordering until the pies were ready for us to enjoy. I've ordered takeout a few times from here as well and it's always such a solid pizza. As I'm from NY, I don't tend to eat pizza much out here in LA as I prefer a no frills slice (and no long lines or crazy hype tyvm). SaMo pizza would have my vote if just for that, but the pizza is delicious too!
This pizza is really good. The owners are super super nice. Although it looks like it may just be for takeout, you can certainly enjoy your pizza there and the staff will make sure you are taken care of.
